tseo2 Report post Posted 09/21/2004 04:25 PM Hello We have already running a IVR system (ISDN-voice). Now is my question, if it is possible to run Voiceguide at the same time. Our hardware is a HST 30 channel SAPHIR V Primary PCI adapter. One IVR system uses 14 channels and it would be cool if VoiceGuide could make use of the remaining 16 channels. Is this technically possible? Thanks & regards Peter Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/21/2004 08:30 PM VoiceGuide uses Dialogic cards - it does not work with HST cards. Share this post Link to post
tseo2 Report post Posted 09/22/2004 08:04 AM Well, I installed voiceguide demo with latest COMISDN and it worked fine with a hst SAPHIR III PCI. >it does not work with HST cards. ??? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/22/2004 09:04 AM OK, I did not realize that you were using the ComISDN drivers and that the HST card was being used in 'CAPI' mode. I guess that it would be possible for VoiceGuide to just use the 16 channels that you'd choose - after all VoiceGuide does allow you to select what channels to use on a channel-by-channel basis., and I understand that ComISDN can share CAPI devices with other applications...
